Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Listpal. By using the service, you agree to them.
Using Listpal
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, its credentials, and all activity under it. You may use Listpal only in compliance with applicable law, MLS rules, and these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant Listpal a limited license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit the content.
AI-generated results
Listpal uses automated systems that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publication and for making any disclosures required by law, an MLS, or professional rules, including disclosures for virtual staging or material alterations.
Free trials
Each eligible subscription begins with a seven-day free trial that includes up to 10 enhanced photos. A paid subscription begins automatically when the trial expires unless you cancel first. If you use all 10 trial photos, you may choose to end the trial and start paid billing immediately to continue using the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Except where law requires otherwise, payments are nonrefundable and unused allowances do not roll over.
Acceptable use
You may not use Listpal to violate law or third-party rights, misrepresent a property, create deceptive or harmful content, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, share unauthorized account access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use automated means that create unreasonable load.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit or terminate access for violations, security risks, nonpayment, or misuse. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every submitted image can be processed.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listpal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listpal and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Listpal and its operators against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or another party’s rights.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
